Same rights as British citizens. Landlord must: maintain property, protect deposit, provide EPC, smoke/CO alarms, gas safety, How to Rent guide, 24hr notice to enter. Cannot: evict without reason, raise rent more than annually, discriminate. If problems: report in writing, contact council, seek Shelter advice.
